FRONT LINE SUPERVISOR TRAINING: LEAD WITH RESULTS
The Chamber is offering a three-part training series in June. This series will be facilitated by David Dickerson, Principal of Business Results Training, LLC , and it will be hosted at the Chamber Office [8653 US Hwy 29 | Blairs].

FRIDAY, JUNE 14
Session 1: PLAN
We will explore leadership planning requirements and strategies using assessments, planning tools, and discussion.

FRIDAY, JUNE 21
Session 2: COMMUNICATE
We will build communication skills for targeted interactions used by
leaders to drive results.

FRIDAY, JUNE 28
Session 3: COACH
We will discuss establishing performance standards, develop coaching to those standards, and correcting shortfalls.

ABOUT THE TRAINER
David Dickerson is a veteran business trainer, consultant, and accomplished business leader with 30 years of experience contributing to the efficiency, professionalism, and profitability of businesses in the manufacturing, distribution, governmental, and service sectors. He has both developed and delivered programs to increase productivity and effectiveness and brings practical and operational experience gained from various senior level assignments requiring his strategic thinking, communications, team building, and motivational capabilities. David has implemented enterprise-wide programs to boost service levels, increase inventory turns, and slash operating expenses. His background includes experience with start-up, fast-growing, and ongoing operations in both for profit and nonprofit organizations. His flexibility and professional insight have enabled him to interact effectively with all organizational levels.

David has been certified as Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) by the Society for Human Resource Management, and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resource Certification Institute.
