Dear Madison-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce Members,
As Morgan County continues to grow and thrive, we are pleased to announce the upcoming 2025–2026 Leadership Morgan program.
Leadership Morgan, sponsored by the Madison-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce, is a transformative leadership development program designed to identify, train, and connect future community leaders. Participants will engage in an immersive eight-month curriculum that includes a two-day retreat, eight monthly one-day sessions, and a graduation ceremony. Sessions feature workshops and community immersion experiences focusing on public safety, economic development, education, agribusiness, nonprofit organizations, and more. After graduation, participants will become active members of Leadership Morgan Alumni.
We are currently seeking nominations for individuals within your organization who demonstrate strong leadership qualities, a dedication to community service, and a genuine passion for contributing to the growth and prosperity of Morgan County. Ideal candidates represent a wide range of backgrounds, including business, education, social services, non-profit organizations, and cultural institutions.
Tuition for the program is $750 for members/$850 for non members, which covers guest speakers, transportation, meals, retreat expenses, and administrative costs. Tuition may be paid by the participant or their sponsoring employer/organization.
Nominations are due by Friday, July 18, 2025. Please submit your nominations via email to the individual listed below. Each nomination should include the following information:
