On December 3rd, we hosted our annual Holiday Mixer at the Cow Barn, an evening filled with joy, celebration, and community spirit. This year, we honored five remarkable businesses and organizations for their milestone anniversaries. Brenton Realty Group, Purple Peake CBD, and Cow Barn celebrated their 5-year anniversaries, while Benedictine reached an impressive 65 years. We also had the privilege of honoring Caroline County for its 250th anniversary.

The event was a fantastic opportunity for guests to network, enjoy complimentary beer and wine, and savor delicious appetizers catered by Caroline's in Denton. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the Scholarship Cake Auction, where eight beautifully crafted cakes were auctioned off to support our 2025 Caroline County Scholarship Fund.

Bidding was fierce, with one table contributing an impressive $1,200 and another $1,000,

leading to a grand total of $3,300 raised for our scholarship fund. The generosity of our attendees ensures that we can continue to support the educational aspirations of young people in our community.

Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to making this event a resounding success. We look forward to another year of growth, collaboration, and community engagement!

Chamber hosts a Holiday Artisan Market at the Choptank River Yacht Club

Local vendors filled the Choptank River Yacht Club with their unique treasures at the Artisan Market earlier in December. The community eagerly came out to support the vendors and shop for those special, one-of-a-kind holiday gifts.

Adding to the festive atmosphere, boats lined the Choptank River, illuminating it with their holiday lights and decorations. Santa and Mrs. Claus even made an appearance to enjoy the boat parade! Congratulations to the Zdunowski family for winning the award for the most festive boat.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Choptank River Yacht Club for allowing us to host this event at their beautiful venue. A huge thank you also goes to everyone who attended and contributed to making this event a resounding success. We couldn't have done it without you!

Purple Peake CBD celebrates Five Year Anniversary with Ribbon Cutting and Red Light Liquors' Holiday Party!

The Caroline County Chamber and its members were thrilled to host a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the new location and 5-year anniversary of Purple Peake CBD. In addition to this milestone, we also joined in the festive holiday party for Red Light Liquors, as both businesses are proudly owned by the fantastic Ritter family.

It was a joyous occasion marked by community spirit, celebration, and shared success.

We thank the Ritter family for their unwavering support and wish them many more years of prosperity!
