CHAMBER CHAT - Week of August 23

Hey Culligan Man!
Thanks to Paul Moorman and The Good Water Company for the water cooler to help our staff and visitors to the Log Cabin hydrated during the heat wave this past week!

Culligan has been a Chamber member since 1972. Check out his listing in our directory.
NOW WITH DRIVE-THRU SERVICE!
The Rapid Testing program has been on FIRE this week! Thanks to all of you who are actively participating and for those still interested, the link to sign up is below. I also just found out this week the program has been extended through March 15, 2022 which is great news as we hope the vaccination rates rise sufficiently to keep us from a lockdown again.

SAVE THE DATE - Wednesday, September 8
We're coordinating efforts with our neighbouring Chambers and will have a couple of virtual events for you to watch coming soon. Given our membership also spans two ridings, Belleville, PEC and Quinte West chambers are planning three things together and I'm also working with the Madoc and Napanee chambers to see if we can't coordinate access to an event with the candidates from the Hastings, Lennox & Addington riding as well.

And as we enjoy this last weekend in August, there is so much happening around Zwick's Park - take advantage of the Midway, the Popups, Uncle Ray's Nature Farm on Saturday, and Buskers on the Bay on Sunday - PLUS a vaccination clinic right on site! It's a perfect time to get that second shot!
