NeuroLab 360 is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization owned and operated by Doctors of Physical Therapy who are Board Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialists. We are on a mission to provide affordable, specialized and accessible physical therapy and wellness that is not bound by insurance limitations. NeuroLab 360 is a private pay clinic in order to focus on each individual's goals rather than what insurance deems as medically necessary. However, we fundraise via grants and private donations in order to provide our services on a sliding scale. We specialize in the treatment of any neurologic condition including Spinal Cord Injury, Stroke, Traumatic Brain Injury, Parkinson's Disease, Vertigo and Balance Disorders, Multiple Sclerosis, and ALS. NeuroLab 360 was started as a clinic to serve individuals in the community who have been limited by their insurance, have run out of insurance covered visits, or would like an adjunct to their current physical therapy plan in order to achieve the frequency and duration of treatment necessary to meet their goals. We also offer group exercise classes and have some free community services including an Aphasia Group, Manual Wheelchair Skills Class and Parkinson's Group Exercise Class

California Competes Tax Credit Program
The California Competes Tax Credit (CCTC) is an income tax credit available to businesses that want to locate in California or stay and grow in California. Businesses of any industry, size, or location compete for over $180 million available in tax credits by applying in one of the three application periods each year. 

For fiscal year 2021-2022, GO-Biz will accept applications for the California Competes Tax Credit during the following periods:
  • March 7, 2022 – March 28, 2022

Prior to each application period, GO-Biz hosts online webinars about the California Competes Tax Credit program. All businesses are encouraged to participate and view the GoBiz webinars to receive instructions on how to apply. SDNEDC can also assist with applications and connecting North County businesses with the right resources so as to increase their potential to win one of the awards.

Join us for SDNEDC’s March 2022 Lunch and Learn were we discuss new issues surrounding the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). There have been a number of significant legislative and case law changes that will determine how environmental impact reports are prepared and evaluated.

Commercial Food Waste Prevention Webinar
GO-Biz Now Accepting Applications for California Competes Tax Credits
The Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development (GO-Biz) is now accepting applications for the California Competes Tax Credit (CCTC). There are at least $104.7 million in tax credits available during this application period for businesses that are expanding and adding quality, full-time jobs in California that might not otherwise be created by the business or any other business. The deadline to submit applications is Monday, March 28, at 11:59 p.m. (Pacific Time) and the online application website will automatically close once this deadline has passed. The online application can be accessed at www.calcompetes.ca.gov
 
Members of the CCTC team are available to provide technical application assistance. In addition, an updated application guide, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), and program regulations are available at www.business.ca.gov/CalCompetes.aspx. For applicants that are reapplying, the FAQs include instructions on how to copy information from a previously submitted application. 
 
Businesses interested in learning more about the CCTC can participate in free application webinars.

Small Business Stimulus Grant
If you are a small business or nonprofit entity (20 employees or less) that suffered economic losses due to COVID-19, you may be eligible for a small business grant from the San Diego County.

If you have already applied and didn't receive the full amount you asked for you may ask for the additional funds you didn't receive. For this, email Joana.Santiago@sdcounty.ca.gov
