Welcome Al Lambert!

We are excited to welcome Al Lambert of Central Baptist Church to the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors! Al was recently approved to fill an open position and brings with him years of involvement with the Chamber. He is well known for his work on the Tomato Fest commercial and for capturing the festival through photography and video, helping keep our promotions current and vibrant. Al has a true talent for marketing—not just Tomato Fest, but the entire Jacksonville community. His passion for Jacksonville shines through every day, especially on his Facebook page.

Ribbon Cutting Celebration!

The Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce was proud to celebrate with the Friends of the Jacksonville Public Library at their ribbon cutting!

This wonderful organization continues to make a lasting impact by supporting our local library, promoting literacy, and bringing the community together through programs and events.

Guests enjoyed a fantastic spread, a great selection of books, and the opportunity to connect and celebrate this special milestone.

Thank you to the Friends of the Library for your dedication to enriching our community — we’re excited to see all the great things ahead!

Topic @ 12 – Fraud was held today, sponsored by JEDCO. Guest speakers from Austin Bank shared real-life examples of fraud, discussed ways to stay alert and protect against fraudulent activity, and answered questions from a group of 40 attendees. The event was hosted by the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce.

Austin Bank speakers were Dianne Escue and Kelly Burns.
