This family-owned business traces its roots back to 1977, when Bob Underwood purchased a small sandwich shop in Gary, Indiana with a big dream—to serve high-quality, delicious sandwiches made with care. That dream continued to grow when Bob purchased the Hobart location in 1982, which remains a cornerstone of the community today. In 1989, the next generation stepped in, carrying on the legacy and commitment to excellence.
