Great American Cleanup Byhalia Day
Wow!! Once again, we are amazed by the wonderful people who live and work in the community who volunteered part of their Saturday to help us with our Great American Cleanup Byhalia Day! We had 60 volunteers pick up an impressive 140 bags of trash and other miscellaneous debris from our roadways and public spaces.
Thank you to Keep Mississippi Beautiful for providing trash bags, to The Neighborhood Grill-Byhalia for donating gloves and snacks, and to Byhalia Bank for donating water.

Thank you to the Byhalia Police Department for helping keep our volunteers safe throughout the event. We are grateful for the support of Mayor Debby Weathers and Alderwoman Toni Mayes-Moore along with everyone with the Byhalia Town Hall. We appreciate the support of State Representative Bill Kinkade and his family who joined us in the cleanup. We also want to thank our many volunteers representing Amazon MEM8, Instant Brands, Byhalia High School, Byhalia United Methodist Church, Fellowship Baptist Church Byhalia as well as Byhalia Area Chamber Main Street Board Members Sarah Kinkade and Russell Pennington.

Thank you all! We look forward to the next one!
