DIRECTOR HIGHLIGHTS

Happy Thursday Everyone,

We still have a couple more spots available for the Educational Series next Tuesday. Please feel free to invite your staff or co-workers also. As part of the Chamber's Educational Series, we are excited to have Lisa Deck, Education & Workforce Program Manager of Purdue Unversity IN-MaC present "Are You Ready for the New Workforce? It will be on Tuesday, August 23rd from 8 am to 9 am at Izzy's at Hillcrest. RSVP by Friday, August 19th to the Chamber by calling 812-934-3101 or emailing chamber@batesvillein.com. The cost is $20 for members and $35 for potential members (breakfast is included).

We would like to welcome our newest Chamber partners. Welcome, Trevor Fischmer of TNT Small Engine Repair. They are a small engine repair shop specializing in servicing mowers, weed eaters, blowers, chainsaws, tillers, generators, pressure washers, and snow throwers. They are also a parts dealer. Give them a call at 812-212-6046.

Welcome, The Daily Scoop! Stop by 402 South Street in Batesville and try 12 rotating flavors of ice cream, all homemade and handcrafted from locally sourced dairy products. They feature fun flavors and the classics. Their waffle cones and many of our ice cream mix-ins are homemade as well.

Mark your calendar for Thursday, September 15th for our Chamber Connections After Hours at LiL' Charlie's Restaurant & Brewery from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm. So get your co-workers and friends together for a fun evening of networking, cornhole, and bocce ball on the lower patio.
