Community Events and Ribbon Cuttings
Throughout 2024, we celebrated 20 ribbon cuttings, honoring the grand openings and business milestones. Additionally, we hosted 36 community events, ranging from mixers and seminars to large-scale celebrations that brought together residents and visitors alike.
Our events this year exceeded expectations, with highlights including the large success of our Annual Golf Tournament. On September 9th, we hosted our 11th Annual Golf Tournament, honoring first responders and military personnel with a day of camaraderie and celebration. Over 120 participants, including local heroes from the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, firefighters, and law enforcement, joined us for this meaningful event. Highlights included the exciting helicopter ball drop sponsored by Helius LLC and the incredible support from our hole vendors and volunteers who made the day a success. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped us show gratitude to those who serve our country and community!

Career Fairs and Advocacy
We hosted 2 career fairs, connecting about 400 job seekers with around 60 local businesses, reinforcing our commitment to building Oakdale’s workforce. Additionally, our advocacy efforts included 7 Congress representative meetings, ensuring the voice of Oakdale businesses is heard on critical issues.

Oakdale Chamber Foundation: 2024 Scholarship Success
The Oakdale Chamber Foundation and Ag Committee revamped their Ag Scholarship Fundraiser this year, raising over $20,000. These funds will award four agricultural scholarships and six general scholarships, supporting local students in achieving their educational goals. This milestone highlights the Chamber’s commitment to fostering future leaders and investing in the community.

Exciting New Initiatives
2024 also brought the launch of our Member Information Center, a valuable resource designed to empower our members with tools, insights, and opportunities to maximize the benefits of Chamber membership. We look forward to building on this foundation to provide even greater value in the years to come.

Looking Ahead to 2025
As we celebrate this year’s successes, we are already looking ahead to the opportunities that 2025 will bring. We are thrilled to announce the return of our Leadership Oakdale program. This 10-month initiative will provide participants with the tools to grow as leaders while exploring key aspects of our community, from agriculture and education to local government and business development. We can’t wait to welcome our next class of leaders and see the impact they will make.

Holiday Multi-Chamber Mixer - 12/12
We had a wonderful time at the recent Holiday Multi-Chamber Mixer, hosted in partnership with the Stanislaus Latino Chamber. This festive event was a fantastic opportunity to connect with local business professionals and community members, fostering meaningful relationships while celebrating the season.
