Legislative Alert!  Town Hall Meeting

Please join us Tuesday morning, January 7th from 7:30-8:30 am at the Marshall Area YMCA as State Senator, Gary Dahms (R-Redwood Falls) and State Representative Chris Swedzinski (R-Ghent) invite area businesses and residents to attend their joint Town Hall meeting. 

This is a great opportunity to hear from and also bring up any policy issues to our elected officials that represent you at the Capitol.  Please make an effort to attend this important meeting so your voice can be heard.
 
The forum will be from 7:30 - 8:30 a.m. sponsored by the Marshall Area Chamber of Commerce at the Marshall Area YMCA, 200 South A Street, Marshall.

New Hope Community Church Core Group Meeting

We extend a friendly invitation to anyone who would want to join us for our core group meeting as we continue to start the 
New Hope Community Church .
The evening starts at 5:30 PM on January 9th at Agape Fellowship Church at 301 North High Street in Marshall, MN. 
 
The evening will start with a light meal, a time of worship, a Biblical Faith Study, prayer, and ending with conversations about various items that address setting up the church's foundations along with talking about missional activities that we can start carrying out in the Marshall community. You are welcome to join us to see if this is something that interest you. We are affiliated with the Christian Reformed Church of North America. (crcna.org)

Chamber E-Connection Guidelines and Policies

Newsletter Goals and Audience
The purpose of the Chamber E-Connection newsletter is to share our members' events with  other business and community members. It is an informational newsletter and helps to promote  our member businesses and their events.
Each Friday, our newsletter is sent to over 1,500 individuals. Our separate emails are sent to  the same list, but are held especially for our Chamber events and Business After Hours.

Newsletter Policy
E-Connection events are included based on requests from the member business. The following criteria are requested by the Marshall Area Chamber for event submissions:
  • Events flyers or submissions must be an actual event. We do not include sales or promotions.
  • Events can be included in the E-Connection for one week free of charge,
    and you have the option of adding one additional week for $20.
  • Submissions must be sent the Wednesday prior to that Friday's
    E-Connection to be included to [email protected]

  • All event flyers are for Marshall Area Chamber of Commerce members only. 
Any Chamber member businesses events can be submitted to
the Chamber website as well here. Click submit new event.
