College Drive/Highway 19 Feedback Survey

Marshall residents invited to give feedback on College Drive/Highway 19

WILLMAR, Minn. - MnDOT District 8 and the City of Marshall is looking for input on College Drive/Highway 19 in Marshall.  Marshall community members are invited to give their input by taking a short survey available at The survey is part of an overall visioning effort which started last week with two community visioning meetings held on October 15 at the Marshall Lyon County Library.
MnDOT is looking at reconstructing Highway 19/College Drive in Marshall in 2025 and wants the community's ideas and thoughts before the project is developed.
The short survey takes less than five minutes to complete and asks community members what is important for College Drive/Highway 19 as well as their input on what key issues should be addressed when planning the roadway project.
Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) invites and encourages participation by all. We believe everyone should have an equal opportunity to enjoy the programs, services and activities we provide.
