City Council Grant Program

The St. Charles City Council will be taking applications March 1
st
through March 31, 2019 for its annual grant program.
The program is for non-profit arts, civic, charitable and neighborhood groups and is designed to enhance the quality of life throughout the St. Charles community and to promote the public health, safety, general welfare, prosperity and contentment of City residents.
Applications must be submitted by deadline in order to be considered. The application form and grant rules can be found on the
website.
