Help St. Charles County Become a "Work Ready Community"
Thanks to your support, St. Charles County is getting closer to our certification as a “Work Ready Community” which will help us attract and retain businesses.

Your continued support is needed. We have just found out that  EVERY  company counts as 1 whereas before a company with less than 4 employees was only counted as .25.   BUT  you will need to pledge again.

PLEASE take a moment to pledge again : https://www.workreadycommunities.org/business/form

If you have never pledged, please consider doing so. Employers embracing a common language around workforce skill requirements is a crucial part of the Work Ready Communities effort. Community goals include a measure of business engagement. It takes less than 5 minutes.
