2020 Small Business of the Year
Finalists Announced
|
|
The Greater St. Charles County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that three local businesses have been selected as finalists for the 2020 Small Business of the Year Award.
The Small Business of the Year Selection Committee, consisting of past recipients of the award, has narrowed the nominated businesses down to three finalists:
- Good News Brewing Company, LLC
- Pickett, Ray & Silver
- Renaissance Plastic Surgery
The winner will be announced at the 2020 Greater St. Charles County Small Business of the Year and the City of St. Charles Employers of the Year Awards Luncheon. Due to the COVID-19 situation we are not able to tell you the date and time of the awards luncheon. We will update you as soon as we get more information.

On Sunday, May 17, Boeing launched the X-37B autonomous spaceplane into orbit with the help of a United Launch Alliance Atlas V rocket. This U.S. Air Force reusable space vehicle set mission records on each of its five previous flights.
During its current mission, the cutting-edge spacecraft X-37B is launching a small satellite called FalconSAT-8, which is a collaboration between the U.S. Air Force Academy and the Air Force Research Laboratory. It is also carrying two NASA experiments and another experiment from the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory.
