Seeking Nominations for 2018 Citizen of the Years
What?
We are seeing nominations designed to recognize the  lifelong achievements  of a citizen for actions, generosity and service, broad-based community involvement in a non-paid position, and leadership in organizations above and beyond the call of duty on behalf of the community.
How?
For those interested in submitting a nomination, please use the form located to the right and fill out a nomination for each individual separately. You may provide up to two (2) typewritten pages on why you believe the nominee is deserving of the award. Letters of support are also encouraged.

Also tell us what category you are nominating for based on the following: Citizen of the Years, Lifetime Distinguished Service - Civic, Lifetime Distinguished Service - Cultural or Lifetime Distinguished Service - Humanitarian.

When?
The deadline to nominate is 5 pm on Friday, October 19, 2018. All nomination forms should be submitted by mail to: GSTCCC, C/O: COY Nomination Committee, 2201 First Capitol Drive, St. Charles, MO 63301
