The holidays are here! This time of year can be challenging for many. Giving usually brings joy to both sides. Paul Swanson, the realtor from Baird & Warner, and Frank Ponticelli, the attorney from Ponticelli & Vito, both in PREN1, were instrumental in arranging PREN1 members and others to bring donations for the Maine Township Food Pantry.
A third member, Christina Dwyer, the Acupuncturist from Eastern Vitality, is also having a food drive this month! We are fortunate to be part of a community that can bring us together to help where needed.

This holiday season, the needs of the homeless are greater than ever. Please be generous to others by supporting the Rotary Club’s winter clothing drive. Gently used winter clothing, blankets, and new undergarments will be collected in Hodges Park during the Winter Festival or at 617 N. Required Poster: Employee Rights Under the Fair Labor Standards Act
The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) has released a new "Employee Rights Under the Fair Labor Standards Act" (FLSA) poster to reflect the recent changes made under the “Providing Urgent Maternal Protections for Nursing Mothers (PUMP) Act.” This law expands the rights of nursing employees to take breaks and have a private place to express breast milk during the workday.
All employers MUST replace older versions of the “Employee Rights Under the Fair Labor Standards Act" poster with this new version.
