We've been doing our best to keep our members in the loop weekly as far as efforts and resources available to our community members. Thank you to the 100+ Businesses that have taken the time to complete the Tri-County Business Survey that rolled out last week. Your input is extremely valuable and will be shared with our local community leaders as well as our State Officials. I've decided to change the focus of this month's Newsletter and highlight other items of interest (non COVID-19 related). I still have a few COVID-19 resources included at the bottom of this email for your reference. I'm sure if you're like me, you could use a break from the information overload.
We've begun to see an increase in phone calls from visitors planning their next trip to the lake as well as an increase in registrations for our Magic Dragon Car Show planned for September. People are ready to get away and visit our beautiful community.
Although Willmore Lodge remains closed temporarily, please know we have made our maps, Business Directory, and the Vacation Guide easily accessible outside of the Willmore Lodge entrance. We also have signage notifying any visitors on-site that a staff member is available to refer and provide brochures/marketing pieces based on their needs and interests.
