San Jose is searching for its next Director of the Office of Economic Development and Cultural Affairs (OEDCA)—a critical leadership role responsible for shaping the city’s economic future. The OEDCA Director drives growth by attracting investment, supporting local businesses, creating jobs, and enhancing San Jose’s overall quality of life. 

To ensure the voice of the business community is heard in this process, the Chamber is gathering input from businesses to share with the City Manager’s Office. Your feedback will help inform the qualities and priorities the City should seek in its next economic leader.
