RMB Labs Gains Macroinvertebrate Certification
RMB is excited to announce that two staff members in the Environmental Services Department, Moriya Rufer (left) and Kaira Kamke (right), have gained North American Certification from the Society of Freshwater Science (SFS) for identifying aquatic insects to genus level. This is the highest certification level available, and RMB is the only non-governmental service provider in Minnesota with this certification . The 2018 session of the Minnesota Legislature was a failure. But whose failure was it?
On Wednesday last week, just three days after receiving the two bills that contained most of the work product of the 2018 Minnesota legislative session — a tax conformity bill and an omnibus budget bill — Governor Dayton announced that he had vetoed the tax conformity measures.
