High hopes for Regina’s old railyards as development process moves to next step

"Development of Regina’s former railyards is taking a step forward, pleasing business owners in the nearby Warehouse Business Improvement District.


The city has issued a request for proposals, with the goal of finding a development partner for the 17-acre site between Dewdney Avenue and the CPKC mainline known as “The Yards.” The site has been vacant since the railway moved its container yards outside the city."
