December 3 Open House 6-8pm . We will be having an Open House at Centre 2000. This will be a great event where women can learn how WBF, along with our industry partners, have successfully supported women to start their careers in the trades. We will have tablets on site so women can start an application and there will be a formal information session at 6:45pm.

Lunch & Learn: Drug Trends in GP

Grande Prairie Crime Prevention invites you to bring your lunch to this FREE event! Learn about the drug trends that RCMP are seeing in Grande Prairie today from a member of the local drug unit of the RCMP. You will receive information on the types of drugs, their legal and street names, photos of the drugs and what the Drug Unit is doing to stop them.

When: Tuesday, December 3, 12:00 - 1:00 pm
Where: City on 99th, 9910 99 Avenue

Note: Parking is limited to six visitor stalls at City on 99th, however, there is street parking available as well as additional public parking behind Towne Centre Mall.

We are the Community Foundation of Northwestern Alberta . We build community through grants and leadership. We know our region inside and out and have a pulse on what’s going on in the community. We work closely with charitable organizations, post-secondary students and donors to help make Northwestern Alberta an area filled with healthy and vital communities. We focus on collaboration, not competition. Our final goal is to be able to leave a legacy that will continue to make an impact long after we are gone.
