NH Small Business Survey
We are pleased to be helping the SBDC with their Annual Small Business Survey!
The goal of the survey is to collect real time data on the current status and ongoing concerns of the Granite State’s business community. Hearing directly from business owners like you helps SBDC and other state economic development partners better understand your business’ unique challenges and needs now and into the future. Together we will leverage the survey results to more effectively assist small businesses like yours.

Join us at NH SBDC’s 2023 Resiliency Academy to take a deeper dive into three areas of resiliency: Cybersecurity, Sustainability, and Inclusivity. You will learn how these issues are affecting your bottom line, brand image, and ability to attract and retain workers, as well as how they can protect your organization from unplanned disruptions.
Each session will have expert guest speakers, interactive exercises, resources to take home, and networking. The Academy is free to attend and lunch is included, but registration is required. Join us for one, two, or all three sessions!

You Built Your Business. We Help It Grow.
Small Business Owner Applications being accepted until November 17, 2023
The 10,000 Small Businesses program is grant funded through the Goldman Sachs Foundation, a not-for-profit organization.
There is never any cost to the business owner. Through this multi-week program with curriculum designed by Babson College,
you will work with experienced faculty and business advisors to learn and apply advanced business skills to your business growth plan.
The program is delivered in a hybrid model with only two weeks required on site at Manchester Community College.
The grant also provides accommodations and meals for the required onsite days.
Program Alumni also receive ongoing networking opportunities and free education opportunities through our Alumni Program.
To qualify a small business must:
- Have the equivalent of at least 2 fulltime employees (including the business owner)
- Be in business two or more years
- Gross at least $75,000.00 in the previous year
- Want to grow their business.

North Country Council Offering Technical Assistance for NBRC Catalyst Grant Program
Established by Congress in 2008, the Northern Border Regional Commission (NBRC) is a partnership between the federal government and the States of Maine, New Hampshire, New York, and Vermont. The mission of the NBRC is to fund economic development and infrastructure projects throughout designated counties in its four-state service area. The NBRC partnership provides investments to job-creating projects that help reduce poverty, unemployment, and outmigration. NBRC investment funds originate from the Federal Government but are approved by the Federal Government’s NBRC representative (Federal Co-Chair) and the Governors of the four States.

The Chamber has compiled a list of local babysitters/childcare providers. Note that the Chamber did not fully vet individuals listed as that is the responsibility of the parent/guardian seeking care. Please email the Chamber office directly and we will send you the list. Feel free to share this information with your guests, customers, friends or family but refrain posting it on your website or social media.
If you know of anyone interested in being added to our list, please have them email us as well. We'll be looking for a full updated list for this winter season.

If your property has a listing on visitnh.gov, make sure to log in to your account regularly to review and update your business information. If you need any assistance logging into your account, please email ryan.vaughn@livefree.nh.gov.
With visitors looking for ways to save on travel now more than ever, be sure to post your property's vacation packages to VisitNH.gov. This popular page features deals that consist of both lodging plus an added benefit such as concert tickets, dining vouchers or attraction passes- basically anything that gives visitors an added value to their stay.
To post your packages, log in to your Industry Members account and click the green "My Account" button, followed by the teal "Add Packages" button. Please email ryan.vaughn@livefree.nh.gov if you need assistance logging into your account or if you are unsure of your username and password.
