During the tree lighting ceremony on Sunday, December 16th, Executive Director Shirley Bandy; on behalf of the Pike County Chamber of Commerce, presented PikeUp with a $1000.00 check for use towards a future project. "This tree lighting ceremony has created much excitement; I believe it is a symbol of a light to a brighter future for Pike County. The Chamber applauds PikeUp and the community and business members that organized the event. We look forward to partnering with them and hope the entire area will join the efforts to make a positive impact on our community!"

Remembering Our Executive Director,
Pamela K. Matura
Our Agency family is mourning the loss of our Executive Director,
Pamela K. Matura. Pam joined the Area Agency on Aging District 7
(AAA7) as Executive Director in November 1989, and remained in
that position until her passing on November 18, 2018. Prior to
joining the AAA7, Pam was Superintendent of the Gallipolis
Developmental Center (GDC) in Gallipolis.

CHILLICOTHE PAINTS
ANNOUNCE 2019 SCHEDULE
The schedule for the 27th season of Chillicothe Paints baseball, presented by Adena Health System, begins with a home game at 7:05 p.m. at VA Memorial Stadium Thursday, May 30, 2019. Along with draft beer being just $1 on Thirsty Thursday, the Chillicothe Gazette presents Fireworks Extravaganza sponsored by 94 Country.
"The Paints are looking forward to a fantastic 27th season and competing for a second PL Championship! If you or your business would like to become a marketing partner with the Paints, please call us," said Managing Partner Bryan Wickline. "More than 300 games and over 230,000 fans walk through our gates each year at VA Memorial Stadium."
