There will be stations in the art hall form 2-4pm and then we will have the Arena Cooking Show from 4-5pm.

AAA7 Names New Board Member  

The Area Agency on Aging District 7 (AAA7) recently welcomed new Board of Trustees Member Amanda Warix to represent Highland County.

Warix is the Executive Director of Highland Health Providers, a federally qualified health center look-a-like that was formed in 2014. The group serves the community with five locations in Hillsboro, Greenfield and Lynchburg, providing quality medical care to medically underserved individuals in Highland County and surrounding areas. Care specialties focus around child and adult wellness and obstetrics/gynecology care.

3rd Annual Recovery Celebration

The Paint Valley ADAMH Board will be holding a Recovery Celebration on September 12, 2019. In order to help celebrate recovery we will be honoring a Mental Health and an Addiction Advocate of the Year as well as a Crisis Intervention Team Champion of the Year.

OVRDC is Advertising for 
a Public Relations Coordinator

Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Public Relations Coordinator performs all public relations, advertising, media relations activities of OVRDC, manages the overall communications activities for OVRDC to increase the visibility of OVRDC, keeps the public informed of the activities of OVRDC, and as necessary and feasible provides grant writing assistance for counties, subdivisions, and organizations in the region.

Associate's or bachelor's degree in communications or related field with at least three-to-five years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. No special license or certification required.

Excellent benefit package including major medical, dental, and vision insurance and Ohio Public Employees Retirement System. Annual salary range $40,000 and up.  Click here for full job description.
