Weekly Chamber News & Events
4th October 2021
Fellow Members,

Here is your weekly update. If you have any information you'd like us to share, please let us know by Thursday of each week to marketing@molevalleychamber.co.uk for inclusion the following week.

Mole Valley Chamber
Our AGM took place on Thursday 30th September and was really well attended. Richard Keel was appointed President for another year, with Jackie Quinn stepping into the role of Vice President following the resignation of Kerry-Anne Kitson.

Newly appointed Directors, Tony Fleming, Richard Excell and Dr Sophie Carr were all nominated and voted onto the Board. We really look forward to working with them all over the year ahead.
We released dates last week for October and November networking events (both online and in person). We can confirm that the event planned for 20th October will take place at The White Horse Hotel in Dorking.

On the 17th November we will be meeting at The Olive Tree at Ashtead Park Garden Centre.

Full details on these and other events can be found HERE.
We are delighted to welcome on board 3 new companies who have joined our Chamber membership group over the last week.

  • STAYCENTIVE (TCE Group) are a Leatherhead based company who create and manage amazing events and incentive programmes throughout the UK. They only work in the UK and organise events and incentives to help businesses achieve key objectives with staff, wholesalers, dealers, clients and customers.
  • THREESEVENTEEN are also based in Leatherhead and are a branding specialist company. They work with their clients to create brands that are memorable, reflect core values and help them stand out from the crowd.
  • DEEPDENE PROPERTY SERVICES are based in Dorking and are Domestic Energy Assessors (EPC certificate providers). They not only provide EPC's but give advice on energy efficiency, are able to make improvements to low EPC rated rental properties and provide floorplans for marketing purposes.

We look forward to meeting all of them and hearing more about their work over the coming months.
The latest business support update from Mole Valley was circulated on 27th September. It is a packed edition containing information on the Autumn / Winter Covid plan, grants and funding opportunities and training incentives amongst other things. The full newsletter can be read HERE.
