Leadership Roanoke Valley Class of 2021
Leadership Roanoke Valley nominations for the Class of 2021 were scheduled to open on April 1. Due to uncertainty around COVID-19 and the long-term impact it may have on events this year, we are pushing back the nomination window.

Once we have clarity from health officials on when it is safe to hold events, we will provide an updated nomination window and schedule for the Class of 2021.
Live Webinar with Governor Northam
We are pleased to announce that Governor Ralph Northam will be conducting a Zoom webinar with our membership tomorrow at 10:00am to discuss the Commonwealth’s response to COVID-19 and the Administration’s resources and support available for businesses. Following the Governor’s remarks, there will be a brief Q&A session moderated by Roanoke Regional Chamber President & CEO Joyce Waugh.

We are still looking for good questions to ask the Governor during Q&A, so please send your questions in advance to our Vice President of Public Policy, Terry Durkin:  tdurkin@roanokechamber.org .

This is a Roanoke Regional Chamber event, open to our membership only. The Zoom webinar is approaching its registration limit, but we will be live-streaming the webinar on our Facebook page as well.
Chamber Resources
Please visit the COVID-19 Resources page on the Chamber site for quick links to local, state, and federal resources. We will continue to release Chamber Update emails multiple times per week until the COVID-19 crisis is over. This week, you'll see these Wednesday and Friday.

We also encourage you to check out upcoming webinars offered by the Roanoke Regional Small Business Development Center .

Does your business have upcoming webinars, promotions, or important information you would like us to share? Please send this information to Austin at aking@roanokechamber.org or leave a message at 540-682-2106.
Introducing Chamber Chats!
Our brand new Chamber Chats segment debuted earlier today on social. Think of these as revamped, fully-virtual Membership Mondays, except you'll see a new one every day.

We'll use these segments to spotlight members, share important Chamber resources, and keep the community connected.

Are you interested in being featured? Email  Eric Sichau  or call 540-682-2105 and leave a voicemail.
