IMPACT of the Piedmont's mission is simple yet profound: to provide individualized home and community-based support for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. By offering tailored care, their services range from assisting individuals in finding and excelling at jobs to providing the necessary support for independent living. For those who need more intensive care, IMPACT provides 24-hour support, ensuring that each individual’s needs are met in a way that’s meaningful to them.
