Companies are drawn by the business-friendly environment, skilled workforce, and strategic location. The state’s diversified economy helps it weather national economic fluctuations better than many others. Analysts attribute this success to proactive policies, innovation hubs like Silicon Slopes, and a steady influx of talent.
