Our Santaquin Hometown Market and Sounds of Santaquin series has truly been a summer sensation, drawing enthusiastic crowds to Centennial Park the last two Mondays! With amazing live entertainment, over 40 fantastic vendors, and delicious food trucks, each event has blossomed into a lively, welcoming celebration for our community.

Last week's Polynesian Luau was an absolute blast, bringing vibrant energy and fantastic performers that delighted everyone! Our vendors were buzzing, serving up incredible goods and treats to so many of our neighbors.

And the fun doesn't stop there! Get ready for an out-of-this-world experience next Monday, July 14th, as we dive into Science and Superhero Night and we're bringing out the Bounce Houses! Dust off your capes, prepare for some super-powered fun, and join us for another unforgettable evening of community and excitement! You won't want to miss it!

Dive into hands-on STEM fun! Try the Pool Noodle Stacking Challenge, where kids stack foam noodles on a base of shaving cream. This playful activity builds problem-solving skills, fine motor coordination, and lots of smiles.

End the night watching Big Hero 6, the heartwarming story of a young inventor and his lovable robot hero.

U.S. National Science Foundation’s Innovation Corps (I-Corps)

The I-Corps™ program at the University of Utah is an NSF-funded initiative that helps researchers, faculty, students, and entrepreneurs explore the commercial potential of their innovations. It provides hands-on entrepreneurial training through a Lean Startup approach, starting with regional "ZAP" and "BOOM" sessions focused on customer discovery. High-performing teams can advance to the national I-Corps program, receiving a $50,000 NSF grant and conducting around 100 customer interviews over seven weeks. The University is part of the I-Corps Hub West, collaborating with institutions like Caltech and UCLA to support innovation and commercialization efforts.
