Event Schedule:

6:30 – 8:00 PM: Check in, show your Passport, and collect your raffle tickets based on the number of stamps you’ve earned.

7:30 – 9:30 PM: Head over to the Payson Pool and cool off with exclusive access just for Passport participants, event sponsors, and their families.

Day of Caring – United Way Utah County
What is it?
Day of Caring is a community-wide volunteer event organized by United Way of Utah County. Each year, hundreds of volunteers from local businesses and organizations come together to complete service projects that benefit schools, nonprofits, and neighborhoods across the county.
From painting classrooms and landscaping parks to organizing donations and reading with students, Day of Caring is all about giving back—together.
How to Participate
- Volunteer: Sign up as an individual or with your team or company.
- Host a Project: Nonprofits and schools can request help with specific service needs.
- Join the Kickoff: The day starts with a light breakfast before teams head to their assigned projects.
Date: Thursday, September 11, 2025
Time: Projects begin at 9:00 a.m. (breakfast around 7:30 a.m.)

Get Involved with the Utah County 9/11 Tribute Project
Now in its fifth year, the Utah County 9/11 Tribute Project—presented by the Major Brent Taylor Foundation and the Utah County Commission—is a heartfelt, community-led event honoring those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001. It also serves as a powerful tribute to the ongoing dedication of military members, first responders, and everyday heroes in our community.
This impactful event features a moving walk-through exhibit with more than 1,000 photographs, rare video footage, and personal stories from that day. Guests can also experience hands-on activities such as Touch-a-Truck, student-focused programs, and a community resource fair. With participation from over 10,000 students annually, it's one of the largest remembrance and education events in Utah, inspiring unity, patriotism, and service across generations.
Help Make It Happen — Volunteer With Us : Be a part of something bigger. We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us bring this meaningful event to life. Whether you’re greeting guests, helping with logistics, or guiding school groups through the exhibit, your support makes a lasting impact.
Give a few hours or spend the day—every helping hand plays a role in honoring our heroes and educating our youth.
