Amazing Customer Service Doesn't Go Unrecognized

The Ambassadors visited CHI Mercy Hospital to award Teresa Garrahy with a Customer Service Award!

Her nomination read:

"We brought our grandson in to get some x-rays as he had fallen and hurt his elbow. He was in a lot of pain and we were assuming he broke it. We couldn't really calm him down and wasn't sure what we should do. Teresa was so good and sympathetic at admitting him with the forms that needed to be filled out and did so in record time! Our community is so lucky to have a hospital with an employee like her!"

We are so happy to be recognizing these amazing employees in our community. If you have someone that comes to mind to be awarded a customer service award, be sure to nominate them!
