This grant funding, provided by the Indiana Technical Assistance Program, is available to help entrepreneurs address technical needs, and complete growth and improvement projects.  Apply by February 20th.

Up to 30 Hoosier small businesses could be selected to receive grant funding this year.

 

The Coalition for a Drug Free Batesville is again collecting responses to gauge the community's perception of substance abuse throughout the Batesville community. By completing this survey, you will be assisting the Coalition in determining what their focus will be throughout the next year. Indiana Unemployment

Vaccine Eligibility in Indiana Link

This week we continued to see our positivity rate and the overall number of COVID patients decline, with 38.8% of patients (88 in total) testing positive. Our overall percentage of hospitalized COVID patients who are unvaccinated continues to trend around 85%.

Inpatient Care: We currently have 10 patients on our Med Surg floor, with 1 of those patients in our Special Care Unit. 5 of our patients are Covid+ (positive).

Testing & Vaccination:  The Indiana COVID-19 Strike Team will be coming to Batesville this Wednesday, February 9, through Saturday, February 12, to provide COVID-19 tests (including rapids) and vaccines. They will be at located at the Batesville Area Resource Center at 920 County Line Road in Batesville from 12:00PM – 8:00PM. The vaccine and tests are available at no cost. Appointments can be booked at www.ourshot.in.gov. Walk-ins are also welcome.
