Chloe's Corner a 501 C-3 Non Profit is supporting 10 local No - Kill Animal Shelter by raising money to help save the lives of innocent pets. Ninety - Nine pets are killed on a daily basis. For every $20 donated a pet will get pulled out of the Maricopa County Animal Shelters Euthanasia Program. The Ahwatukee Foothills Chamber (AFCC) is searching for a new Membership Coordinator. The AFCC is an all encompassing resource for the community and the voice of commerce.  The Membership Coordinator is the first line of support for AFCC members and is responsible for recruiting and retaining chamber members and selling chamber programs and services to assist in the growth of the organization.  The position demands a positive attitude, a genuine desire to promote the community, and the highest of standards of professional conduct at all times including use of ethical sales techniques.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Meet with prospective members to provide information about chamber membership

- Secure new chamber members and grow the organization according to pre-determined goals and objectives

- Develop and execute on-boarding process for new members

- Sell other chamber products and services, including sponsorships and advertising

- Create and maintain a list of prospective chamber members

- Assist in the retention process by calling on/collecting past due or delinquent memberships

- Attend Chamber Ambassador, member meetings, events and programs as required

- Maintain accurate member records

- Working in conjunction with the Marketing and Event Coordinator executes member events such as mixers, ribbon cuttings, orientation breakfast, etc.

- Staff liaison to Networking Groups

- Other job-related duties as assigned
