Connecting Business. Creating Opportunity.
We've teamed up with the City of Grande Prairie to deliver a series of free instructional workshops to support current business needs.

The goal of each session is to cover a specific topic in detail which will allow businesses to leave with a skillset or ability to action the content covered.

If YOU have a topic you would like to see covered, or if you and your business have a skillset you'd be willing to share, please contact the Chamber or City Economic Development.

The next session in the series is:

The Pandemic is Ruining Everything - Kim Blanchette, Senior Vice-President & General Manger, Western Canada; Gabriela Gonzalez, Director; Tatianna Ducklow, Consultant, Argyle

Thursday, March 18 - 10 AM
Here we are in year two of the pandemic and we’re all feeling the frustration. From daily news reports to restrictions on our lives and livelihoods to plain old isolation fatigue, this past year has been more than trying, especially on businesses across the country. With restrictions that some may or may not choose to follow, closures that can come without warning, it’s hard to know how to react and how to maintain the heart and reputation behind your business. Join Argyle, your reputation and communication experts, on March 18 for a one-hour business-focused session where we discuss how to react when things don’t go as expected, how to communicate to your employees and customers in a compassionate, COVID-sensitive manner and how to ask for genuine feedback when you need it.

UPCOMING SESSION:

March 25 - 3:00 PM - Recruiting the Right Candidate and Keeping Them with Jennifer Caseley from Caseley Consulting
