Early Employer Registration Ends Soon!
For more than 50 years, Anne Arundel Community College (AACC) has proudly served the diverse needs of Anne Arundel County by bringing educational excellence and innovation to our community and region. Students of all ages continually redefine themselves through 225 programs of study and more than 3,500 courses. This job fair is open to students in all Fields of Interest and all job seekers in the greater MD/DC Metro area. Our Fall 2018 Job Fair attracted more than 450 job seekers including students and alumni of Anne Arundel Community College.

We welcome employer participation at our Fall 2019 Job Fair when Job Seekers will search for full time, part time and seasonal jobs. This is a great opportunity to showcase your company, discuss available job/career opportunities and hire from the students, alumni and community pool of applicants. Space is allocated to employers with confirmed registrations and is on a first-come, first-served basis so it is imperative that you register now!

Lyft’s Mike Heslin at September Breakfast
Leadership Howard County, which seeks to empower leaders to strengthen and transform the community, will hold a general membership breakfast with speaker Mike Heslin, Baltimore market manager for ride-sharing service Lyft.

When? Friday, Sept. 13, from 8 to 9:30 a.m.

Where? The Meeting House, 5885 Robert Oliver Place Columbia, MD 21045
At the event, Heslin will present “Innovative Transportation Solutions in the Region” and share Lyft’s initiatives to address mobility challenges in the Baltimore Metro area, including bike-sharing partnerships and ride-hailing subscriptions. Heslin has experience growing companies in the transportation, financial services and marketing fields and has consulted for Google, Twitter, Hewlett-Packard and Deliotte.
