Miracle German Shepherd Dog Rescue of Maine is a 501(c)3 Non Profit corporation. Based in Mid-Coast Maine (Belfast area), they do their best to assist German Shepherd Dogs in Maine, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire, as well as dogs from the Southern states and California as space permits!

Each dog that comes into their program is carefully evaluated and then placed into a foster home. Once they've spent some time getting to know each dog, they will make the dog available for adoption.

Holiday on the Harbor

To what do our wandering eyes appear? Is it once again that wonderful time of year??

Yes! Santa will be returning to Steamboat Landing Park on the waterfront in Belfast on Saturday, December 11th from 11am - 12pm and 12:30pm - 1:30pm!

The event will take place in the Boathouse or along the Harborwalk, depending on weather. Children will be able to collect a take home cookie kit from Delvino's and ornament kit from Cornerspring Montesorri School, while reading along a StoryWalk provided by Belfast Free Library. Enjoy horse drawn family wagon rides, live carolers, and don't forget the hot chocolate provided by Waldo Community Action Partners!
December Business After Hours

Join us on Wednesday, December 15th from 5:30pm - 7:30pm, at the Belfast Boathouse, 35 Commercial St. in Belfast, for our December Business After Hours event, hosted by Camden National Bank.

The event will be catered by Rollie's Bar & Grill and masks will be encouraged when not eating or drinking. Stay tuned for more details!
