Chamber Executive Director Lori Jewell presented retired Salem Parks & Recreation Director Shane Franks with the Heart & Soul Award. This award was given to Shane for his years of commitment and dedication to the City of Salem. Shane served on the Chamber Board of Directors from 2020-2022 and currently serves on the Chamber's Golf Outing Committee and is a Chamber Ambassador. Enjoy retirement Shane!
