The food, including many delicious desserts which will satisfy your sweet tooth, will be prepared by local restaurants and Roncalli Catholic Schools families, and include Americana, Asian, Mexican, German, Italian, French, Polish and Southern dishes. Specialty beers and wine will be available for purchase as well. New this year will be food from Jamaica Mi Krazy. The food truck will be parked in our courtyard area right outside the gym doors and be serving Jerk Chicken and Rice, Curry Chicken and Rice, and Jerk Chicken Mac and Cheese so come hungry!

There is no cost to attend the event. Punch cards will be available for sale at the International Food Fair to make food sampling easy. Cash, check and credit cards will be accepted.

In addition to the fare being offered, the International Food Fair includes an oral auction with packages including experiences, sports memorabilia, and more! You won’t want to miss these items as they’re auctioned off by Greg Schramm who will serve as the event’s auctioneer. John Jagemann will return as the event’s emcee.

Among the items sure to capture attention is item No. 2, a stunning Sapphire and Diamond Ring. The beautiful lady's 14 karat yellow gold sapphire and diamond ring features an oval (5.5mm x 3.5mm) genuine blue sapphire, set with four prongs. for the flyer and form. Winners will be drawn during the International Food Fair. The Happy Hour Hauler Raffle also will be available at the event featuring a wagon filled with a variety of alcoholic beverages. Tickets will be $10 each. You do not need to be present to win for either raffle.

An array of themed collections also will be up for bid in the Gift Collections Raffle. And, for those looking to decorate their homes for the holidays and beyond, there will be plenty to pick from in the Tabletops, Trees, Wreaths and More! area. Two items perfect for the holiday season are item No. 107 Outrageous Ornament Tree and item No. 129 Blue Glass Balls Candle Arrangement. Both items were created and designed by Joan Brefczynski.

The Outrageous Ornament Tree is a 32-inch tree constructed entirely out of red, green, gold and silver Christmas ornament spheres atop a glittery red base. It is topped with a sparkling gold snowflake, set upon a red holiday table runner. The tree is sponsored by a Friend of Roncalli Catholic Schools and the table runner is made by Ann Proulx.

The Blue Glass Balls Candle Arrangement was created with dozens of shiny dark and light blue miniature balls, which surround a royal blue candle within a glass candle holder. The candle is surrounded with winter greens, blue and silver ornaments and whisps of turquoise curly ting set upon a blue snowman table runner. You need to take a look at this custom designed arrangement, which is sponsored by Chris and Geri Kluczinske with the table runner made by Ann Proulx.

Of course, those with an affinity for Roncalli will want to make sure to stop at the Roncalli HeART Originals. This special section features original artwork up for bid created by Roncalli students age pre-school through 8th-grade.
