The Executive Concierge, LLC

The Executive Concierge, LLC is a locally owned and operated small business with its headquarters located in uptown Manitowoc at 807B North 8th Street. Our firm offers remote executive level services to companies for as little as 20, 30, or 40 hours each month. Whether it’s to fill in for an anticipated absence, shifting from a full-time employee to a part-time employee, or going with a contracted employee versus having to hire another staff member – we’re able to fill any of those needs.


Our team includes Owner Stacey McDonell; Human Resources Specialist Lisa Novachek; Financial and Business Process Improvement Specialist Angela Polman; Graphic Design Specialist Molly Stolp; Corporate Travel Planning and Corporate Event Planning Specialist Brianna Luedtke; and Administrative Specialist Angie Lois.

Angela Polman has more than 20 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, and financial systems implementations, with specific expertise in manufacturing and utilities. In addition, Angela is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and mentor to other Six Sigma Belt candidates.

Lisa Novachek brings more than 25 years of progressive experience to our firm and offers benefit administration services; human resources services from reviewing and updating employee manuals to scheduling and conducting interviews, and new hire onboarding. Lisa also offers payroll services in addition to administrative services to include business correspondence, email management, and appointment scheduling.

Molly Stolp is our graphic designer with a creative eye and quick imagination. Molly creates eye catching flyers, event materials, social media designs, and enjoys managing social media and creating content for businesses large and small. Molly provides website content updates for businesses who find it difficult to work this into their routine tasks and maintenance.

Brianna Luedtke brings years of experience in corporate event planning, corporate travel planning, and has the acute attention to detail necessary to make each event or travel experience stress-free and enjoyable. Whether it’s a corporate Christmas party, a volunteer reception, an annual employee recognition event, or a team building event, Brianna has all the details covered – from conceptualization to full execution of the event.

Angie Lois is our administrative specialist with years of experience in client relations and performs all the necessary duties of a seasoned executive assistant. She most enjoys organization, file management, and social media content creation. Angie can make your professional appointments, set up in-person or virtual meetings, can be the lead on a project, or help to support an existing team.
