Sept. 27th NJBAC Presents Resources for Growth

Sept. 27th Food Bank of South Jersey's Health & Wellness Event

The Food Bank of South Jersey's Health and Wellness Department is offering another opportunity for an immersive free training called the Cost of Poverty Experience (COPE) on September 27th at the Mullica Hill Library located at 389 Wolfert Station Rd, Mullica Hill, NJ from 1 PM-3:30 PM. Our team is bringing Think Tank's Cost of Poverty Experience to organizations in our rural counties of South Jersey. We are promoting it to local organizations in Salem and Gloucester County to see if your staff or other organizations you may know, would be interested in attending.

The training is an eye-opening simulation giving attendees the chance to experience a little bit of what it is like to spend a month in the life of someone experiencing poverty. Attendees will not only leave with a better idea of the day-to-day realities, but also gain a better understanding of the complexity of the issue and rethink some of its solutions.

For more information on the program itself, you view the attached flyer as well as go to:

If your organization or any one in your network would like to register, it can be done using the link below:
