Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible moms in our Chamber family! This weekend, we celebrate the strength, grace, and unwavering love moms and mother figures bring to their families, workplaces, and our island community. Si Yu’os Ma’ase for all the visible and behind-the-scenes work our moms do each day - their dedication makes Guam stronger, more resilient, and full of promise for the next generation. From all of us at the Guam Chamber of Commerce, we wish all our Chamber moms a restful, joy-filled Mother’s Day weekend surrounded by those who appreciate you most. 💐
I look forward to chatting with you at the next Chamber meeting.

The Guam Preservation Trust visited the Guam Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday, May 6, 2026. Representatives from Mainstreet America and National Heritage Areas were on Guam this past week to discuss opportunities for federal funding and technical assistance, as well as tourism growth opportunities.
Guam is currently exploring a National Heritage Area designation. This designation would help preserve cultural, natural, and historic sites, promote economic development, and strengthen local heritage preservation efforts. The National Park Service is preparing a feasibility study to understand whether Guam's cultural and natural heritage sites may be suitable for inclusion in a national heritage area. Guam Preservation Trust, Guampedia, and the University of Guam are supporting the study by leading public outreach and providing research on Guam's heritage resources.
Your support is needed by taking the time to provide thoughtful commentary.
