Tuesday, March 12
at the City’s Central Maintenance Facility (7570 179th Street W, Lakeville, MN 55044) to share information about a corridor study we have partnered on that will identify planned improvements to County Road 9 (Dodd Boulevard) and 179th Street. The study will serve as the basis for the future jurisdictional transfer of Dodd Boulevard (future City roadway) and 179
th
Street (future County Road 9) between Highview Avenue and Pilot Knob Road.
The purpose of this open house is to introduce the project, its purpose, and provide an overview of known existing conditions as well as ask the public to share their thoughts regarding roadway and trail needs, plus opportunities within each corridor for varying improvements. Staff from the study team will be available to answer questions and share information. The open house is a drop-in style, informal format. There will not be a formal presentation.
