October 7, 2020
Hi Everyone -

The County is making progress! On Saturday, the County revised the Personal Care Services Mandatory Directive. Under this Directive services to the face and services that require removal of a client's face mask may be performed. So facials, waxing, and other facial services are now allowed. Of course, mandatory modifications and personal protective equipment are in place to protect the estheticians. Click here to see the full directive.

And, if all goes well we will be in the Orange Tier next Wednesday, October 13. Once we enter the Orange Tier, restaurants will be allowed to operate indoors at 25% (Red Tier levels) and indoor gatherings that comply with the California rules (worship, cultural ceremonies, political activities) will be allowed to occur at a 25% level of capacity. Click Here to see the Press Release and Here to see the full Risk Reduction Order. Please note that this is contingent on Santa Clara County entering the Orange Tier.

By now, most of us have gotten our ballots. Looking for more information on the election issues and candidates? Visit the Chamber's VOTE LG page. Learn where you can drop off your ballots, study your Town Council candidates and familiarize yourself with the ballot initiatives. We have it all! Most importantly - VOTE!

As always, wear your mask, social distance and wash your hands! Stay safe.

Protect Los Gatos
Maybe you've noticed these green signs around town? The Chamber and the Town are embarking on a Protect Los Gatos campaign, reminding people to social distance and wear a mask. We've placed signs around town: on A-frames, in store windows and on pop-up patios. Please keep us all safe!

If you'd like a sign, stop by the Chamber office and pick one up.
