Local: Town of Los Gatos to Begin Transit Occupancy Tax (TOT) Audits
The Town of Los Gatos has announced that Transit Occupancy Tax (TOT) audits will begin soon for local lodging businesses, including short-term rentals. The Town has contracted HdL Lodging Tax to conduct the audits, which will be handled individually, with each business receiving an information request from HdL prior to the start of its audit.
