Toledo City Council to vote on Department of Public Utilities funding ordinances
At its regular meeting at 4:00 p.m. today, Toledo City Council is expected to vote on Ordinance 182-18 which would authorize the sale of $35 million in water system revenue bonds for financing of various capital improvements to Toledo’s water supply, storage and distribution systems. The projects are part of the city’s overall capital improvement plan and in response to mandates from both the Ohio EPA and U.S. EPA.

Export Success program to be offered by Chamber
Export Success is a 9 session program designed help new-to-export companies as well as experienced exporters enter into new global markets quickly and efficiently. Previously housed at The University of Toledo, the Chamber will be offering the program this year in collaboration with the Regional Growth Partnership. Participants will receive Gold Key Service or International Partner Search from the US Commercial Service, which is made possible by UPS.
