Thur Aug 22 - Ribbon Cutting at 10:30 AM for Arch Icon-The Everett Apartments, 1314 West 3rd St. With assistance through a historic preservation tax credit, they are celebrating the historic renovation of the former Everett School into 20 multi-family units. Open house from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.
