Free 30-Minute Webinar for Small Businesses

Running a small business is tough, and managing your compliance with California and federal employment laws isn’t always easy. There’s a lot to know.

Just ask the businesses who thought they were following the law until faced with costly fines and penalties for breaking California labor and employment laws. Such laws include providing employees with time to rest, giving employees time to stay home when they are sick, and paying daily and weekly overtime.

Help is here, in the form of a free webinar featuring CalChamber’s top California employment law experts, Erika Frank and Erika Pickles. They’ll cover the five most common questions that small businesses ask our Labor Law Helpline advisers.

EVENTS
Honoring Those Whom Inspire Greatness
The Torrance Area Chamber of Commerce and Greater Los Angeles African American Chamber of Commerce have been presenting the Black History Celebration for two decades; honoring the contributions of the many African Americans who space our nation's past, present, and future.

We come together every February, during what has been nationally recognized as "Black History Month" in the United States since 1926, to recognize the contributions of African Americans who have made a difference on the world stage as well as those that have changed lives in our local community. This year is no exception as we celebrate the many achievements of those being honored on Friday, February 24th.
FREE Member Programs
Non-Members of the TACC are welcome to attend up to two programs per year before joining.

"...I am so glad I went to the meeting, as a growing business, the information to me was important, of course timely, helpful, and filled with content; even if I felt the information did not pertain to me, I still found value in the real life examples they presented and guidance. It was such an important meeting, not to have gone would have been an extremely poor decision on my part. I have already contacted one of the panelists who was kind enough to provide checklists and information I will use to assist with the growth and development of my business.

Thank you so much for the wonderful programs the Chamber provides its members, non-members, businesses and community." ~ Michelle Bourque, owner Bourque Music
