The BSCC Education Assistance Program

will start accepting applications on March 1, 2025.

If you know of a local Borrego High School Student

looking for assistance to further their education please

forward the below link, ask to have the application emailed or

stop by the Chamber to receive one.

Applications will be accepted from March 1, to March 31, 2025

BSCC Education Assistance Application

The EV Gateway Charging Stations at the Chamber are now operating.

These are fast chargers and take less than an hour to fully

charge a vehicle. The stations include Tesla plugs, so tell your friends!

Request For Proposal

The Borrego Springs Chamber of Commerce is requesting a written proposal for the following project:

Refresh the two Welcome Center signs in front of the Chamber.
Includes minor repairs and painting.
Proposal bid can be one overall bid, or two bids - one for repairs and one for painting.
Paint and supplies to be included in proposal.

Annual Hazardous Waste Removal

Anyone 65 years of age and older is provided one annual free home pickup of hazardous waste from the “Our One Earth” SD County Hazardous Waste Center at 877-713-2784 (if using a landline dial 1). For more information about what hazardous waste is, brochures are available at the Chamber.

Borrego Community Cleanup

Borrego's community clean-up is held the first Saturday of every month, 9-10 a.m., commencing at The Circle and fanning out to nearby areas either on foot or by car to pick up litter. The Chamber provides bags and pickers; all you need to do is bring yourself!
