JULY 28

Hello!

I'm happy to report that our LobsterFest fun(d)raiser prevailed over heat, humidity, and even wildfire smoke! We had a lovely night, a great dinner, music, conversation, a lot of raffle prizes with 140 members and friends. We even got to sing Happy Birthday to a member's grandmother who joined us for the evening! We are grateful to everyone who came out to the party and deeply appreciate the fundraising support that goes right back into our membership programs. See the end of this newsletter for great photos of a great night!

Today, we announce the winners of our first social media scholarship, Please see below for the great news! In the next few days, we will share the date and details of the celebration event to be held on the rooftop of the Magellan building in PC. This will also be our Q3 membership meeting and an open networking event.

Please take advantage of the opportunities within this newsletter and on our new website - we are seeing the impact of the opportunities shared and connections made among this growing commerce community. In particular, I want to call attention to the annual meeting of Westchester Disabled on the Move on July 30. WDOM is a great organization with tools and experience to help your organization in multiple ways. Also, please see the Westchester County invitation below to the Multi-Chamber Mixer August 13 - all members are welcome to attend! Also, the Village of Rye Brook has launched a new online system for building permits that puts all the applications and related info in one place. Check it out on the Village's website here. Additionally, registration is open for our golf outing!

Please let me know if you'd like to grab a milkshake or caffeinated beverage and talk about how we can further support your organization!

cheers! Camela

PS: We send a big welcome to Kiley Williams - the new general manager for The Capitol Theatre!
